Regulatory Update: Indiana Residents-HB 1004

Indiana recently enacted HB 1004.  This new law permits claimants under Indiana issued certificates and claimants under Indiana-issued blanket policies to request a good faith estimate of the cost of a non-emergency medical service that will be covered.
